Some helpful bits and pieces

  • I currently don’t offer one-size-fits-all pricing – every project is different and can vary depending on scope and time required. That said, I know it’s helpful to have a ballpark before reaching out, and I like to keep things as transparent as possible.

    Once I know a bit more about what you need, I’ll send through a personalised, obligation-free quote.

    Here are some starting figures to give you an idea:

    • Digital & print services start at $275 AUD.

    • Website design & build starts at $2,000 AUD.

  • Absolutely! Most projects are paid in two instalments – 50% upfront and 50% before final file delivery.

    Need something different? I’m happy to set up a payment plan that works with your project timeline.

    If you're on a retainer, billing is done fortnightly.

  • Once you fill out the enquiry form, I’ll review your info and send back a personalised quote.

    If it’s a go, I’ll share a contract that outlines everything in clear terms – timeline, deliverables, payment, etc.

    From there:

    • You sign the contract

    • Pay your deposit

    • And I get started!

  • Not at all. I work with clients across Australia and beyond. I’m based on the South Coast of NSW and operate in the AEDT timezone (UTC+10), but I’m happy to adjust for time zone differences where possible.

  • Once your project wraps, you won’t be left in the dark – I’m here if questions pop up.

    For anything ongoing like updates or extra tweaks, I offer flexible Support Retainers and Studio Days to keep things running smoothly. Get in touch for a quote tailored to your needs!

  • Support Retainers mean booking me in for a set amount of time (say, 2 days per week) over a defined period. It’s a great way to ensure consistent, on-call creative support for your business, especially during busy seasons or campaigns.

    I’ll integrate into your team and work with your existing systems and workflows, so everything runs smoothly.

  • I can usually shuffle things around to fit in a tight turnaround, just let me know your deadline when you get in touch. If I’ve got capacity, I’m happy to help!

    A rush fee may apply for work that requires a quicker-than-usual turnaround (generally anything needed within 48–72 hours). This fee helps account for schedule changes, prioritisation, and working outside standard hours. If a rush fee applies, I’ll always be upfront about it before we lock anything in.

  • Yes! Once the final payment is made, you’ll receive full usage rights as outlined in your contract.

  • I typically supply final designs as print-ready files, but if you need help organising printing, I’m happy to liaise with printers and manage the process for you. This will just be added to your quote.
