So, why does a good website matter?

It clearly communicates who you are.
Your values, personality, and offering should be instantly understood.

It builds trust from the first click.
A clear, professional site reassures people they’re in the right place.

It makes engagement effortless.
When your site is intuitive, visitors know exactly where to go next.

It leaves a lasting first impression.
Because you often only get one chance to get it right.

I spent a decade working behind the scenes for major eCommerce retailers, building a deep understanding of user behaviour and what makes a website truly effective. It’s not just about beautiful visuals or “pretty” brand assets – if visitors can’t intuitively navigate your site, you risk losing them.

And the worst part? They probably won’t come back. First impressions are often lasting ones.

That’s why I create websites that are smart, intuitive, and work as hard as you do – balancing thoughtful design with strategy, so your site doesn’t just look good, it does its job.

Website FAQ

  • Every website I create is fully custom, so the packages are just a starting point to help you see which approach might suit your brand.

If you need something outside of the standard packages (whether that’s extra pages or a completely unique setup) just get in touch and we can design a solution that’s tailored specifically to your business.

  • Absolutely. Whether your current site needs a refresh or a complete rethink, I can redesign and rebuild it to better reflect your brand and support your goals.

  • Yes – your website package covers the design and build, but your Squarespace or Shopify subscription is separate.

This subscription is what hosts your site and gives you access to the platform features. I’m happy to guide you on choosing the plan that’s right for your business.

  • To get started smoothly, it helps to have your branding in place – things like your logo, colour palette, typography, and any visual assets. You’ll also need your content, such as your copy, images, and any key information about your services or products.

Having these ready ensures your website is cohesive and can be built efficiently from the start. Don’t worry if some things aren’t perfect yet – we’ll work together to make everything fit beautifully.

  • Branding needs to be in place before we begin the website build, as it helps ensure your site feels cohesive, intentional, and truly reflective of your brand.

You don’t need to have worked with me on your branding – it just needs to exist in some form, such as a logo, colour palette, typography, or visual identity, so I can design your website consistently from the start.

  • While professional photography can elevate your site and make it feel polished, it’s not mandatory. High-quality images that reflect your brand and offerings (whether shot professionally or thoughtfully curated) will work.

If you don’t have photos yet, we can discuss options like sourcing stock images or working with a photographer to get exactly what you need.

  • Each package lists the number of main pages – the top-level pages that form the core of your website (like Home, About, Services, Contact, Portfolio, etc.).

Additional pages, like service subpages or blog templates, are considered extras and can be included as add-ons if needed.

Legal pages, like Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, are included with all packages and don’t count toward the page total.

  • Absolutely! Your website should grow as your business does. You can add extra pages, subpages, or features after your project is complete through add-ons or a Studio Day. This way, your site stays flexible and evolves with your brand.

  • Your website is set up so you can confidently make simple content updates like editing text, swapping images, or publishing blog posts This means you can make minor changes with confidence, and leave the more complex updates to me if needed.

General FAQ

  • Absolutely! Most projects are paid in two instalments – 50% upfront and 50% before final file delivery.

Need something different? I’m happy to set up a payment plan that works with your project timeline.

If you're on a retainer, billing is done fortnightly.

  • Once you fill out the enquiry form, I’ll review your info and send back a personalised quote.

If it’s a go, I’ll share a Welcome Pack that outlines everything in clear terms – timeline, deliverables, payment, etc.

    From there:

    • You pay your deposit

    • And I get started!

  • Not at all. I work with clients across Australia and beyond. I’m based on the South Coast of NSW and operate in the AEDT timezone (UTC+10), but I’m happy to adjust for time zone differences where possible.

  • Once your project wraps, you won’t be left in the dark – I’m here if questions pop up.

For ongoing updates or extra tweaks, Studio Days offer short-term, focused design support (available to existing clients only). We’ll prioritise your to-do list, and I’ll spend the day ticking everything off for you.

Get in touch for a quote tailored to your needs!

  • I can usually shuffle things around to fit in a tight turnaround, just let me know your deadline when you get in touch. If I’ve got capacity, I’m happy to help!

A rush fee may apply for work that requires a quicker-than-usual turnaround (generally anything needed within 48–72 hours). This fee helps account for schedule changes, prioritisation, and working outside standard hours. If a rush fee applies, I’ll always be upfront about it before we lock anything in.

  • It’s best to get in touch as early as possible, especially if you’re working toward a specific launch date.

I typically book projects a few weeks to a few months ahead, depending on availability. Reaching out early helps ensure we can find a timeline that works for both of us.

  • Because all Mosey projects are custom and tailored specifically to your business, refunds aren’t offered once work has commenced. This includes time spent on strategy, design, and development.

That said, I’m committed to making sure you’re happy with the outcome and include revision rounds within each package to refine your site based on your feedback before launch.
